Use the 22 KHz setting only if you have a 22 KHz switch in your system, if you run directly to the LNB from the receiver then set it to “OFF”, if you have 2 dishes connected to a 2 input 1 output 22 KHz switch then you need to know what input this dish is using, one dish will go to the “OFF” side of the switch, the other dish to the “ON” side, you set the 22 KHz option to “ON” or “OFF’ depending on how you hooked it up.

You got your answers, but I'll add something, always check or look for the sat in your receiver by position, west, never look them by name, many sats have change names and that info is not updated on each receiver, if the sat you are looking is Azteca 93.1west, well just look for 93west and that is the sat you are looking for. this as an example.

You only set it to ON if you do not have an AUTO setting for your Universal LNB. Most FTA receivers will automatically default to AUTO when selecting Universal.
