I don't know if these are related but when I get videos in emails and UTube,they stop and start.The other is,I tried to open a .doc file and I get the message : "unable to open..." and then "unable to load graphic conversion....".Is there a program to correct this?I'm have XP Pro,sp3;Pent 4,3Gig,504 mb.Do I have enough ram?Thanks:thumbsup:

you are right, need more memory ram and it is cheaper now.

Thanks IQ.The spare old style ram I have is too long to fit in the slots so I guess I'll have to get some new stix.Thanks for the help.
