WELTERWEIGHTS (147 POUNDS)
Floyd Mayweather

1. Floyd Mayweather Jr. (41-0)

Will he sign with Don King? Will he ever fight Manny Pacquiao? Will he ever give his side of the second round of failed negotiations with Pacquiao? How long will it take him to run out of money so that he'll have to fight again? Questions, questions, questions -- but no answers.
Next: TBA

2. Manny Pacquiao (51-3-2)

Since Mayweather continues to duck Pacquiao, the latter's moving on, although it is unfortunately to fight the disgraced Antonio Margarito, whom he will meet for a vacant junior middleweight belt. If Pacquiao wins, it would give him a title in a record-extending eighth weight class. But even that's not enough to make the fight with 'Cheato all that attractive.
Next: Nov. 13 vs. Margarito.

3. Andre Berto (26-0)

By demanding a 50-50 split to face Shane Mosley in September, Berto and his team blew the fight. Hopefully, that can be rectified by making a fall fight with Miguel Cotto, be it at 154 pounds for his title or at 147 for Berto's.
Next: TBA

4. Sugar Shane Mosley (46-6)

Mosley will return from his loss to Mayweather by moving back up to junior middleweight, where he was once champion, to face former titlist Sergio Mora in a pay-per-view main event at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Does that fight do anything for anyone?
Next: Sept. 18 vs. Mora

5. Joshua Clottey (35-4)

The former titlist completely crapped out against Pacquiao in their March 13 showdown. Clottey had the opportunity of a lifetime and did nothing with it. He refused to engage, refused to throw punches and put on a pathetic and miserable performance en route to a shutout decision loss.
Next: TBA

6. Selcuk Aydin (20-0)

Fighting at home in Turkey, the rugged 2004 Olympian ended an 11-month layoff by scoring a first-round knockdown and going on to outpoint Canada-based Romanian Ionut "Jo Jo" Dan to win a vacant interim belt in a tough, close fight.
Next: TBA.

7. Jan Zaveck (29-1)

In November 2008, Zaveck lost a split decision to Rafal Jackiewicz in a European title fight in Jackiewicz's home country of Poland. They will meet again, this time with Zaveck's world title on the line in his native Slovenia.
Next: Sept. 4 vs. Jackiewicz

8. Rafal Jackiewicz (36-8-1)

The Polish contender is riding a 21-fight winning streak since 2005, including a 2008 split-decision victory against Zaveck in a European championship fight. Now, he and Zaveck will meet again.

Next: Sept. 4 vs. Zaveck

9. Vyacheslav Senchenko (30-0)

Senchenko has a great record but a questionable résumé. Nonetheless, he'll defend his paper title for the second time (at home in Ukraine) when he faces utterly unqualified Charlie Jose Navarro (18-3) of Venezuela. This one has it all: undeserving titleholder, undeserving challenger and, outside of Ukraine, nobody cares.
Next: Aug. 30 vs. Navarro

10. Sebastian Lujan (33-5-2)

Argentina's Lujan, a former two-time title challenger, has won seven fights in a row, including a fifth-round knockout of Jailer Berrio on May 28 on Telefutura.
