I want to know if this LNB pick up 119 & 118.8 at the same time. This is what I got off the label on the lnb

It is from Zinwell. Model #ZKF-G52N

If I can, what would the setting be.

As Fibroso pointed out, look for LNB's with the L.O. Freq (10.75Ghz), these LNB's allow you to get both 118 & 119.
When applying settings select 10750 as your LNB-Type for both 118 & 119, both sats must also be put on the same Diseqc-Port setting.

The Zinwell is an excellent LNB and the frequency setting is 11250

It may well be but you won't pick up channels on Anik F3 with it, like mentioned in previous posts you'll need the low band circular lnb for them.
