I have a Mio Digiwalker model 210s. The problem I have it will not pick up sattelite signal. Any suggests or help would be appreciated..thanks

Have you done a hard reset ? Is your unit unlocked ?

Look in your manual for a status page or menu setting to get you to a status page, this should tell you what satellites your locked into.

Also I couldn’t find your model number on line at their web site, did you get the modle number right?

is there a chance that the setting for communication port has been changed?

in this pdf on page 11 it mentions the settings.

but later states on page 24 that "devices with a built in gps receiver are permanently connected".

sorry to ask this but is the unit getting a clear view of the sky?
