Hitting a human with this plaster is like using a pipe. A serious injury can be cause and even death. I saw the fight with Cotto, the punches to the face seem like nothing I've seen before. I'm sure he was illegal then. He should never be aloud to box in the USA. Cheaters in boxing must be banned. :grr:

Now that you mention man made title you are right because with no license they cant fight for the vacant 154 title.The fight becomes useless.Theres still time to make a cotto rematch.

But the California State boxing commision didn't ban Margarito..He was given a one year suspension.He has served that suspension within in it's perimeter's.I think personally the non admission of guilt is what the commision is basing it's decision on.But at the same time there is no withstanding proof legally that he did no about it???Probation should have been the ruling..JMO..Peace..
