Indeed, it is one of the most action-packed bout I have seen this year. Segura just never let up from the sound of the bell. Calderon had great moves and had some timely and accurate counter punches but it did not deter the wily Mexican in his relentless attack.

Segura did not look polished in his footwork compared to Calderon. He just kept moving forward like a bulldozer. I did not see the total punches summary but I think in just one round he threw more than 100. I am not much of a fan of a boxer who hits and runs - like Calderon - but I must admit that for a while he looked good.

One thing this fight proved is that persistent vicious and sustained attack can mow down any fleet-footed boxer, no matter how flashy and skillful he is.
