Greetings all.
I have been getting 110/118/119/129(not in use) and now would like to set up a new dish for Bev! I have been searching forums and have not found any that fit my question on hardware.
First I have been told that I can get bev with any basic circular dish and any circular LNB brand. Before I go online and purchase one is there anything that I need to know. Are there any that will not work?
Next I have a 4x1 DISEqC switch with 3 ports being used so I can hook my 91 into the 4th port?
I have a limesat ultra. Also if you know of any threads that would help me, please let me know. I hope to catch the NFL games soon approaching!
Happy trails.

Yes the fourth port will be usable for 91.
As for the dish size I recomend you look up your location on dishpointer.com and see what size dish you need for your particular location.. Most of Canada is fine with a stock 18 inch dish. You may need a larger one in the US or Northern Canadian locations..

Thanks JCO,
Actually dishpointer was the first place I went to make sure I have a clear shot at that bird  but I did not see the link for recommended dish size on that page until you mentioned it. I am in the North west so looks like it says:
91.0W NIMIQ 1 – North America = 40 cm
91.0W GALAXY 11,17 – North America = 110 cm
Are both of these considered "bev" since they are 91.0? These 40 & 110 cm seem a lot smaller then 18 inches? Also am I good with any standard circular lnb set up?
Thanks.

I would not go by what it says on Dishpointer.com, they can be off by quite a bit.
Best to call your local sat-shop and see what they are selling to people in your area to grab 91, or do a search on here for your city and see what other people in your area are using for 91........(better safe than sorry).

Nimiq 1 is the one that transmits bev..

Moved here to a more appropriate forum.
Keep in mind that a larger dish will be less susceptible to rain fade. You should be able to receive 91 with a 18 inch dish from most parts of the USA. I would use a 30" dish for better results.

I just saw a used DN 500 that is a vertical oval that is 20" wide and about 22" tall with the dishpro dual lnb with the 110 119 imprinted on the base of the lnb. He was wanting only $25 for it! but I wanted to make sure I could use it. Any ideas? I figure that just because it said 110/119 on the lnb that I can point it anywhere. I also have a circular lnb that I am not using on my 129 bird and I can take it off that sat and maybe connect it to this dish?
Happy trails.

Yes, it will work for 91.0W and it will work for 82.0W, providing you are very close to the Canadian border. As you move south from the border, a larger dish in needed for 82 with limits. Once you are too far south you will not be able to receive 82, no matter how big your dish is.

I am about 100 miles and a 2 hour drive from the border so I should be good.
