Undefeated junior middleweight sensation Vanes "The Nightmare" Martirosyan (28-0, 17KOs) will be returning to the ring in December, most likely against the rugged Pawel Wolak (27-1, 17KOs).

The bout will take place either on the undercard of the Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.-Alfonso Gomez pay per view event on December 4th or it will be the main event of a Fox Sports card that will take place on December 18th. The date should be finalized within the next couple weeks.

While the Glendale California based Armenian is disappointed that a title fight with WBA junior middleweight champion Miguel Cotto didn't materialize he will not take Wolak lightly.

"I look forward to starting training camp and getting ready for Wolak. Freddie (Roach) and Alex (Ariza) will make sure I am ready for whatever he brings," the 24-year-old Martirosyan stated.

Martirosyan is looking to deliver a spectacular performance to silence the critics who say he isn't ready for a high profile fight against the likes of Cotto.

"I want to showcase my abilities in this fight. I have been trying to get the big fights and so far I haven't had any luck," Martirosyan continued. "If I keep on winning, sooner or later they have to fight me. I want to show the fans who the real 'Nightmare' is in this fight so they can see what type of talent I have."
