I have a st_rch_ice dish and I was told I can pick up some true FTa w/ it. Is their any truth in this? It is oval and 33 inches. And if it is true, whats a good bird to point at?

Yes you can get some True FTA sats but you will need to change the LNB from a Circular to a Linear.

Your circular KU LNB is good for Bev and Dish, you need a Linear KU LNB for True FTA.

There's a True FTA section in the forum that discusses the different True FTA sats that people here are watching.

The Quad LNB that comes with your starchoice dish is Linear. No need to change any LNBs - you have the correct ones for True FTA.
