Hello every one, Happy Thanks Giving Day.
Guys I have problem in my computer, I can't get online to check my emails. So I like to know How to turn OFF firewall of my ISP, so that I can get Online to check my emails.

for XP:
To disable Windows Firewall, follow these steps:
Click Start, click Run, type Firewall.cpl, and then click OK.
On the General tab, click Off (not recommended).
Click OK

I am using WindowsXP_SP3 Operating system,. After Installing Antivirus program then notice unable to check emails.

before i got Norton antivirus expire so install mcafee then notice this problem.

Something in the AV program has changed your internet security options.

Do this, go to your "Control panel" select "Internet options" then select the "security" tab, set everything there to the "DEFAULT" level, click apply and exit, restart IE and see what happens.

thanks for the pictures , i go to control panel then click on internet options and on security then i saw same picture-2 as you shows and i notice security level for this zone in this Default Level is Highlighted , so do you want me to click on this Default Level then click Ok button.

thats all i have to do i will give a try then let you know.

thanks all your help , i am getting online now, as well as i uninstall old antivirus then reinstal new. so all work fine.
