Help with home page

My desktop runs windows vista and ie 7, and whenever my computer turns off d/t windows updates, or if I turn it off manually, myfastwebsearch.cxx automatically becomes the ie 7 home page, despite the fact that I always change it to msn in "internet options". Does anybody have any suggestions to fix it? Thanks in advance.

run a spyware check with MalwareBytes (the free version will clean out the spyware)

once you've downloaded it, update it, and then go into Safe Mode and run the scan (to get into Safe Mode, press F8 right after you boot up your puter and get past the initial BIOS screen; select Safe Mode from the menu and hit Enter)
