I think I have seen this before but not sure.

If some one makes a post and you want to quote that in another thread, how do you do that?

Also wanted to know how to quote multiple posts in a thread when responding? That I have seen, but not sure how to do.

thanks

just hit the quote option at the bottom post that you want copied and then highlight the quote and copy it. Then go to that thread you want the quote posted in and paste it.
For Multiple quotes, do the same thing. It may help to have 2 browsers with Satfix opened. That way you can go find the quotes with the one opened Satfix page and paste them on the other opened satfix page, which would have the thread that you are pasting them in
:)

Hope that isn't confusing cause after re-reading it, it sounds confusing to me :)

normally if you see a usefull post in a thread and want to share it in another thread, you can just supply the link to that thread. you can either link the individual post or the entire thread page and state what # post to read.

for multi-quoting in a thread, the lower right corner of the post you want to quote there is a 'quote " icon' with a + sign....click it....it turns red....do that for all the posts in the thread you want to quote....then hit reply like normal.

F1? I always used Alt+F4 lol'ol

But if the multi-quotes are in the same thread you can click the http://satfix.net/images/buttons/multiquote_off.gif (http://satfix.net/newreply.php?do=newreply&p=210127) and it will mark it to include when you hit the http://satfix.net/images/buttons/quote.gif (http://satfix.net/newreply.php?do=newreply&p=210127) for the last one you want to include. This way, you can gather the multiple quotes from one thread and c/p them to the new one.
