From January 2010 to present I have observed more than one hundred Internet websites that use and distribute software tools and files to circumvent Nagravision's conditional access technology and intercept the television programming of Nagravision's customers.
The Doe Defendants in this case consist of approximately eighty-seven satellite pirates that anonymously established and operate such websites through domain registrars or intemet service providers ("ISPs") located in the United States.

I performed "'Whois" searches at the website wxw.domaintools.com in an attempt to identify the owners and operators of the websites that use and distribute software tools and files to circumvent Nagravision's conditional access technology and intercept television programming of Nagravision's customers.
Although the searches did not identify the true names of the Doe efendants, they did identify the domain registrar and/or internet service provider (ISP) providing services to the Doe Defendants.
I recorded each of the website's registrar, IP address, and intemet service provider, along with the date and time of the search.
I also saved screenshots of the results of these "Whois" searches.
Plaintiffs have discovered all the information that they can about the Doe Defendants without obtaining information from the domain registrars and ISPs.

To me it seems like bad news for FTA websites is met with a certain relish, almost rejoicing by certain posters who frequent many sites. That is why I stuck to my home site which has recently closed.
What effect this may have on the FTA scene remains to be seen. I am hoping for the best.

Dave was popped years ago, but only for those in the right circles.

AFA your viewing ability, which one would have to assume being IKS, yes, "An exploit is still an exploit", but the number of usurpers -which numbered between two and four million in the stand-alone days- has to be considerably lower, possibly as little as 5%, of what it once was. That could still be 100-200,000, but nevertheless a drop in the bucket as compared to before.

Well its a long story. The latest round with Chicken is because I told him he was a fool for posting family pics at hacking sites. Specifically he posted a pic of each of his 2 sons in karate attire at DC. Enough of their shirts were visible to discern the school they attended was the Sudbury Brazilian Ju Jitzu and Muy Tai Academy. When I pointed out to him he was leaving a trail, he accused me of being a pedo stalker..... and continues to this day. well thanks for the invitation as to editing doc's or in this case affixing ones name to them, im amazed that
anyone that takes a stance and pokes humor at and judgement for posting court doc's that they themselves bought
and paid for as a favour to keep sites enlightened as to the going's on related to court matters wouldnt be
more thankefull to them , somone who takes the time effort and (money) from there own pocket to do so for our convenience
and now its fitting to bite the hand that feeds ? those doc's were paid for by the poster, and the name attatched
so others would know where the content was coming from seems everyone out there likes to use the doc's that have been
purchased by someone else at every opportunity without thanks to A_Z_A with the exception in this thread to Hammerset
kudos to Hammerset, He/She has every right to have her/his name on them He/She paid for that right, as long as we understand
this , when someone else out there pays for material they're contributing to these sites with then they too can put what ever name
they wish too
