Strange Phone call!!!!

I just received a phone call from someone who stated that they have been monitoring my system and will be receiving something in the mail. Has anyone else received this call?

Most likely one of your friends....In this game the best thing to do is keep a low profile. Sometimes people we think are our friends can be two faced. Don't advertise that you have it....you know this is signal theft. The more your friends know about it the more problems you will have. Just enjoy it for yourself. I would be more worried about being served then I would about a phonecall. Just keep your pc clean....remove the files from your pc if your worried about it. When you choose fta as a hobby you have to also be ready to accept the consequences that come with it.

It was very strange to receive a call like that. I don't deal with a lot of people in the first place. I will keep you updated

If i didnt have that on my phone line id be buying a boat fog horn and blasting it into the phone when someone calls and blocks the number.
That works and good old 1970s way to get rid of unwanted callers.

If you haven't then how would they get your phone number?
2-Usually in this cases, they don't call, they always send a legal registered mail
3-There's no reason why any nagravision representative would call with a hidden/blocked phone number

Well , that is not a prank that is for sure .
But , sound more like a Spammer Online .
See , those guys always pick you phone , the call you from outside of the country ( Sometimes ) , they ask to speak with the owner of the house , sometimes they even know your name , sometimes they use " Unknown number " , others a Local number that you can easily google and you will found " Who call me from 123456 !! .
If I tell you how many times I receive phone call from peoples who tell me " We would like to speak with Trombo , for business matters , please call to this number and the code of references is bla bla bla " .
Another send you thousand of dollars by mail , and even they go far , you also can see the check with signature , amount and even the name of the bank on it .
Others phone to tell you that you got caught with you credit card or debit card and they need to verify your information!!.
All those one are called " Online Spammer " , so I will say , dont worry about it , even with ID Call , you really get nothing to know , the only advantage to have ID Call is that you can see who is calling you and you have the option to answer back or not .
But dont worry my friend , there is a 100 % probability that you never will see any FBI , CIA , Cops or Backyardigans at you door just because the receiver ...
They dont care about the trout of the swamp .... they are looking for the big Whale .....

Contact whoever sends your phone bill, and ask them to trace the call. You will need to give them a close approximate time of when you received it.

Now even if it was blocked, they should be able to give you the area code it came from, as a minimum. That will rule in or out any of your friends.

Sometimes this come true if you do not block your wireless connection it is possible to any one configure your ip address and from ip address they can track you. And also May be some one using your ip addresses who live close by and use your service for download music which has to pay. This is very simple to find your ph # through you address.
So check your internet user and change your password .:comfort1:

agree 100% no provider will ever call to give you a warning..... someone was messing with you....either a friend or enemy, or someone dialing random numbers like we used to do as kids ...it was always fun to get an old person that could barely hear
