One of my friends had his children involved and they placed 41st in the competitions.

nope but have read about them on the web. wish they would have been around when i was a kid. did a lot of that kind of stuff with out the control bricks. only had motors :)

i am a huge lego fan. have many sets and actually do displays at local toy shows. wished i lived in an area that had a adult lego user group but i guess i will just have to read about them on the net

have a couple of hundreds sets. my favorite are stuff from the 80's and 90's town/city but love the new modular building as well. huge lego train fan but my budget limits what of those i can buy

all i can say is that if you own the toy shop set, this advent calendar is a must have as it is full of new little toys that can go with the shop or for that matter, can be added to the presents car on the holiday train

and on the sixteenth day, the lego creator say, let there be a couch. it was red couch with black accents. a little hard to sit on but you will never hear a legoman or women complain about it :)
