Randy Orton was not backstage at Raw in Philadelphia Monday, although he was watching the show and was in communication with those in the company while it was airing according to PWInsider.
There's no indication yet as to why Orton didn't work Raw, although his absence allowed the company to not rush his storyline against Miz going forward into the TLC PPV.
