I just found the complete epic series of Buck Rogers at W*****t for 10$.Buck Rogers in the 25th century what a waste of time and money. Looking back as a kid in 80's we had some bad shows and boy this is one of them. I see why i stoped waching this series very bad acting, but it does have it's moments of :noidea:.

The original Buck Rogers with Buster Crabbe is much better. Pretty corny but funny and entertaining.

It was intended to be a little broad and campy. Sort of like the Batman series was in the '60's. More cartoon than straight. Considering that in most of the '80's shows that hair was more important than if you could act, Buck in the 25th wasn't too bad. :)

Tonight is the first Saturday in A very long time that RTV on AMC9 has not aired Buck Rodgers or Battlestar Galactica. It has been taken form the new 3rd quarter lineup and replaced with "I Spy". No comparison in my book. Even though I have the Buck Rodgers dvd set I will still miss it from being on air.

RTV's agreement with Universal ran out last Sunday. Lots of good shows gone.

I used to watch it when it took place on Earth. The next season, they were aboard a spaceship and then it was a cheap copy of Star Trek. I didn't watch all of the second season just like I didn't see most of the episodes of Galactica 1980.
