- Former WCW Talent Tank Abbott and Tough Enough 4 winner Daniel Puder are close to finalizing a deal for a mixed martial arts match on Feb. 26. It will be held in yet to be determined location in Southern California.

- Edge and John Morrison are both under consideration for heel turns over the next few months. However, the main holdup with Edge turning heel is that the babyface side on SmackDown lacks depth. The Undertaker is out and Rey Mysterio is working while hurt.

- Randy Orton continues to have issues with his neck and has been encouraged to take time off. He's only appearing at television events for the time being and undergoing therapy.

- Goldust was said to be upset that his autobiography Cross Rhodes: Goldust, Out of the Darkness, was not mentioned once on Monday's RAW.

geeze, i dont know about turning edge heel. i kinda like him as a fan favorite. he's been heel way too long. Morrison well, he was heel most his career and he's got time to turn a few more times but some one as good as edge should finish their career being cheered. not that he's close to done but he must be getting up there
