Where is the support?

Last time,not very long ago,there was a long downtime for DN and a lot of peaple were realy bitching about it.There was a certain support of encouragement from members like you and I,VIP members,Mods,Dignitaries,etc...A lot of thanks were out there and a lot of arguments from members that disapeared all of a sudden.Now,that everything is down(or partialy up for some)I don't see anyone of these peaple here.Only new users and a couple of old ones,not to name any.Where is everybody?Where is the support and encouragement that was there at the last major issue,that was'nt that bad realy .compare to this one.Is Limesat finish?Because it does'nt seem like any improvements lately.Is there something that we don't know and the absent members know?Like all the other times "their working on the servers" or "Be patient we'll see"!:noidea:

I guess all we can do is wait and see. & maybe the other users are off Christmas shopping or putting up lights to keep the wife happy..

Since I've been using the LS, support has been nonexistent..

allI can say is that last I heard they are working on it and I am sur when Limesat has an announcement to make it will be posted here as well as other sites. As for non-existant support, that really is an unfair statement as they do have some channels up. Support is there, it is just very limited.

i can tell you that lime will be back an will be strong again. work is being done. they are not done. remember they have said they are coming out with new receivers so i doubt that they would be done if they are planning on releasing a new unit(s).

I can see and compared the brands of vary forums website is not much update about Limesat. Probably is there got poor Limesat support team, not compared to CNX is much more supports. There always say their "working on the servers, or be patient we will see". probably take much time than we think. I have CNX, is very nice receiver and hope to stay up in all nice channels through Christmas holiday :)

I have no way of knowing if they will be back and strong again, but wouldn't base it on new receivers being announced. The provider has went after other brands while in the process of releasing new units or shortly after.
