Skype connections

Does anyone have Skype connection problems today? :noidea:My Skype won't connect all day? Please advise, Thanks:comfort1:

I tried connecting an hour or so ago unsuccesfully(on 2 pcs)

Thanks for your confirmation guys, I was experimenting with my Linksys WRT54GL router yesterday, and half of today, uploading with dd-wrt & tomato software back and forth, trying to figure out something on my own. Then, I was unable to connect to Skype, and I thought I had done something wrong, I even downgrade my Skype 5.0 version to an older one, but I guess not, it must be a Skype server problem.

Got a message from skype which said " Our engineers are creating new mega-supernodes as fast as they can, which should gradually return things to normal this may take a few hours, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption to your conversations". I had also uniinstalled skype and tried an older version earlier. lol
