Here is a guy that handcarves the molds, I am sure if you show him what you want he could make one.

Man, the Scotts can make fantastic Shortbread.

And I am more then willing to personally test each and every cookie made with the mold, this is to insure that the cookies are of the highest quality, taste and texture.
