When you read about some poor guy who is working to support his family and is hit on he head and hospitalised. Meanwhile the thief who did it gets arrested and gets a legal aid lawyer paid for by the we taxpayers. The lawyer tell's the judge his client has a drug or alcohol problem and is seeking help,so he is given probation and is back on the street before the victim is out of the hospital. Common sence RIP

Actually I couldn't agree with OP more. Life just isn't fair. SOme are born with an unfair advantage and others just seem to be lucky while others can not get a break. Well the only real solution is to SUCK IT UP! because every time some bureaucrat tries to make amends to fix it for 5% of the people he makes it worse for 95%

i will never forget our dear friend common sense. pushing 40 i can remember some of the good times we all shared with him but sadly as time went on we grew apart. i wish i had chance to introduce him to my little girls and there friends cause i know if they knew him the carpets in our house would have many less stains and their toys wouldn't have so many chew marks and missing pieces from leaving them for the dog to play with.
i haven't seen common sense for some time now and i for one will truly miss him.
my only wish is for his offspring to grow and see what their father started was right and just.
maybe they or at least one of them will come around and be more like their once powerful father.

Good News everyone, I hear Common Sense has been reincarnated.. He isnt his old self yet but with everyones help he could gain his old strenght..

Common Sense was always overrated anyway-----never around when you needed him most.
Where was Mr Common Sense last New Year`s Eve when I needed him most??? He let me suffer--is what he did---so good riddance to the fair weather friend.....
