I took this from another forum and it's supposed to have worked:

del this to remove pandaDaemon:
/System/Library/LaunchDaemons/NetDragon.Mobile.iPhone.PandaDaemon.plist
/private/var/mobile/Library/NetDragon /private/var/mobile/Library/TQServer
/private/var/root/Media/ndDaemon
/private/var/root/Media/PXL/DB/NetDragon.Mobile.iPhone.PandaDaemon.plist
/private/var/stash/Applications.fzXzxi/PandaDaemon.app
/usr/bin/InstallerOpt
/usr/bin/CaptureApp
/usr/bin/TQServer

Here's another: It's located in the private/var/stash/Applications directory. Just use WinSCP to delete the folder called PandaDaemon.app.
