Just gotta Nfusion HD to replace my cw800s, but I encountered few issues with it some were fixed by doing a factory rest and few updates but 2 didn't.
1- for example 97W i only get an excellent signal on TP 12146 but when i scan it I get the channels that are on 11991 but this tp has No signal,
2- when i move the dish using usual, and try to come back to 97w I lose the signal . so the motor is not working right with this box.
keep in mind that my cw800s is working 100% fine on 7 satellites and moves fine back an fourth where ever i need it. also with cw800s i get all tps with good signal strength.
So not sure if I'm missing anything, I tried everything last thing im think that could not enough power going into the motor from this box. any help is appreciated

Nfusion has enough power to the LNB & it actually does a great job moving & remembering positions.
It almost sounds like your USALS is not set right. Can you double check your location?
When I had mine I never did like USALS I always used DiSEqC 1.2
Also keep in mind that you have to manually enter your TP's for 97.
Are there any switches involved?

Bro; i also have a Cworks800 and a HD nfusion but i kept the motor on the Cworks800 cause it does a better job I think not sure, you also can try 1.2 diseqc instead of USUALS.i used the USUALS on my HDnfusion and it failed many times i never tried 1.2 diseqc thought;i also used USUALS on my Cworks800 and it also failed so since i started to use 1.2 diseqc never failed again, cross your finguers.
