My SV 360 Premier got fired a few months ago.
Even it was under warranty, I could not get SonicView to fix it; however, member "VJ9A" offered to fix the power unit for free, all I paid was the postage to ship the unit back.
Now the unit is back, and everything is working flawlessly.
Once again, thank you VJ9A for doing a fine job.
This is a GREAT site with GREAT members!!!!

I'm glad I could help you out. I think the addition of the new heat sink on the processor will help some with the heat. Glad you are watching your SV again. Let me know if you have any problems in the future. (You Shouldn't) hope the remote keeps working fine too. It's always nice to deal with a member like you!
ENJOY!
