Upgrading to vb4

in a hope to solve some issues we are having with new software, satfix will be upgrading to vb4

That being said, there will some down time between Thursday and Monday
(13th - 17th) to upgrade the site.

the forums will be the same but the look will be a little different. guessing we will fine tune when we get there :)

Vb4 looks good.. I wish you luck with the upgrade.. I know how much work goes into
this especially when upgrading the software and then having to re apply all the hacks

just to let people know this will be a work in progress. we will get everything back to normal as soon as possible.

i just fixed the thanks button and hope to get the credits done today as well. everyones thanks has been reset to zero but we can rebuild :)
