PSTV and PTVN gone

I'm using true FTA with a Kbox Prodigy. I live in Eastern Ontario and last week I got PSTV and PTVN (both Phoenix channel mandarin) from 95W Galaxy 3C/Ku. Now there's a dollar sign beside it and I guess it has become scrambled.
Can anyone help me with this?? first Kbox dies, now channels are disappearing leaving me with basically one mandarin channel CCTV 4 to watch.
Also is there a way to get other satellites from my dish? Right now only the signal from 95W Galaxy is strong.

Keep watching they may be back in a few days, it might have something to do with this.

As Terry stated, keep checking. Those channels go into and out of encryption quite often.

Probably pay to view, not quite sure what type of encryption they use. They probably have them up from time to time as a promo to attract more subscribers. I noticed on lyngsat that they are encrypted in Irdeto 2 but not quite sure what is required as their website is in Chinese. If you click on the channel on lyngsat you can access their web site.
