I have 39'' dish. Can I catch 93W in edmonton, Alberta. Please advise and thanks.

Looks like you are at a "crossroads" for size of dish. For Edmonton it looks like you may need a 1.2m(4ft) dish or larger. A little farther south and you possibly could receive it with a 85cm(33in) dish.
