$50.00 fine for cruelty

recently a news item was in the paper, an inconsiderate person threw out of his truck a brown paper bag with 5 little kittens in, this was on a logging road. luckily someone else was on the road and saw the bag being thrown out, they stopped to look in the bag, as it was moving. thankfully they got close enough to the vehicle to get licence number, and reported it to the police.......in the end the owner got fined $50.00
sadly i am unable to print my thoughts as to the punishment.
people who have pets, and have them just for the hell of it, and neglect them. in my mind ...well i am sure you have an idea........the justice system is pathetic, some of the justices should find work elsewhere..................like an animal shelter..............W/H

the saddest part is the abondoning of the animals, it goes without saying it was a heartess thing to do, and the other saddest part is the punishment given.............Mabs my friend, you and your wife are doing a great job with the kittens and animals,, i can honestly see and why you do it, i just wish there was more people like you both around......please keep up the great work..................W/H
