computer has real small text

hello computer at my parents house has windows xp on it the thing works great except when you go to try and order something off the net it has very small text like where you fill in the information it only lets you put in small dots---tried alot of different sites always the same---any idea of what im talking about--thanx if you reply

There are ways to change the character encoding , font size etc - which browser are you using?

press CTRL and + to make the fonts bigger and CTRL - to make them smaller.

View > Text Size > Select text from picklist

internet explorer 10 i believe were using i do know how to zoom in and out thats not the problem---its when iwe go to fill out any kind of questioneer or ect----the box beside name ect is very small and it looks like your just typing little dots

i switched to google chrome and firefox and it resolved issue thank you
