TORONTO -- The Toronto Blue Jays return to Sportsnet as spring training coverage begins on Sunday, Mar. 6, when the Jays face the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Buck Martinez returns and will handle the play-by-play call while former Jay Pat Tabler provides the analysis.
Sportsnet will air four Jays games during the Grapefruit League schedule. The Blue Jays Radio Network will offer 10 Spring Training games across the country with Sportsnet Radio The FAN 590 in Toronto picking up eight games while Sportsnet Radio The FAN 960 in Calgary carrying nine games. Jerry Howarth and former Blue Jay catcher Alan Ashby will have the play-by-play call for broadcasts on the Blue Jays Radio Network.
Sportsnet is the home for all 162 regular season games in high definition for the 2011 Toronto Blue Jays season, and will announce the full schedule later in February.
