Rolling Screen on Limesat

Hope one of the techys can help me!! I was programming my Limesat with a PS script but couldnt get it to connect, after trying numerous times I decided to reset it back to factory. Somehow I must have hit the wrong key and now all I get is a scrambled rolling screen and it will not let me acsess the menu or anything. I was told I may have converted it to PAL mode but I dont know.

Did you Try pressing the pal/ntsc button on the Remote(top right ,to the right of the power button???).

No didnt work there has to be some sort of manual reset you can do without the remote?!
