Senators Beat Leafs 1-0 in Shootout

Jason Spezza was the only goal scorer of the nite---he did it on the shootout to give the Sens a 1-0 win and a 3-2 lead in the battle of Ontario. Some "Battle"----tonite , although it was exciting nough of a game you could see why both teams are in their respective positions. Toronto had 3 PP chances in which they did not generate a shot---Ottawa wasn`t much better as each team blew countless scoring chances. Both goaltenders had great games esp Anderson playing his first game for Ottawa.

I tell you they fustrate me. Go into Boston, beat them, go into Buffalo where they haven't won in 50 yrs, beat them and when they play a club that is vulnerable they come up flat. Is is the players or is the coaching staff not getting them ready?

They stink........the only reason they were in the game tonite was that the Sens stink just as much.
