According to reports in Panama, former super bantamweight champion Celestino Caballero (34-3, 23KOs) is traveling to Las Vegas to connect with his trainer, Jeff Mayweather. Caballero is hoping to get a fight in the United States. If that's not possible, his Rogelio Espino will get him a fight on April 2 in Panama. Caballero is the number one ranked featherweight under the WBA and hopes to get a shot at the regular champion, Jonathan Victor Barros (31-1, 18KOs).
"We're going to continue the preparation and work hard, because in Las Vegas I will be better focused," said Caballero.
