Onesat, customer service

I think I have been taken, ordered a reciever from Onesat on Monday the 21st, still showing order being processed, it was supposed to be shipped in 1-2 days, BBB and Facebook page shows some unhappy customers. Has anyone else had a problem with them?

i ordered form onesat once in calgary ... they had great customer service .. untill... it came time to ship i ended up orderign the same box from incrediblefta and got the box from them the same day it was shipped from onesat ... it took them nearly 8 days to pack and ship my box... so you could try incredible.. not trying to plug them but they did me well

They also have a toll free phone number, call them and talk directy to them.

I send an e-mail to them, so far no reply. I really like a paper trail, more backup when I go to Visa asking for my refund. Funny how some people do business, Sh*t in their own nest so to speak. Will also be complaining to the Calgary BBB, seems they don't want to deal with the BBB either LOL. Anyway, I joined the FTA site that links from their home page, low and behold it won't let me post lol, seems they moderate it as well. I do like their home page and all their satisfied customers, not one dissatisfied shown, guess those ones went in the garbage.
Buyer be ware I guess, wished I had ordered from Incredible FTA, have bought a few from them, always shipped on time, live and learn I suppose.....and alert as many people in as many forums as I can about their poor business practices.

I ordered at the beginning of the month and it got stuck in "processing".
So after a week, I tried emailing, calling, nothing. So I put a stop payment on the credit card.
8 days eh? That's a long time to put something in a box and fill out a mailing label.
And ya, BBB, they have a lot of complaints against them for a small company.
I wish I had read up on them first. I thought I was being all patriotic ordering from a Canada company :(
