Another n00b computer question

So last night I wanted to watch the UFC fights. Since nano 2 was down, I found a decent stream and watched most of the event. A situation popped up and I had to leave the house to go and deal with.... anyway, is there a way to record a stream? Maybe a program or something on windows 7 I can use?

you need a streaming video recorder... google it and you will find lots but you might need to test a few to find one that really works as good as they claim it does.
