Current Fta Status FEB 28

So I assume Current Fta Status FEB 28 means that the receivers that haven't been up and dormant, since then and the date will change when they do go up ?

The thread heading can be misleading - look at the date/comment of last edit at the bottom of the post . In this instance the list was updated on 3/1.
