I'm not sure on how to use it. Is one the same or similar as all, meters?

I'm tiring to find
amc4 which is ses1
trwam tv, Polish religious station

I think its frequincy is:
12120 or 30000?

On the meter it has a function ""Measure""
freq: ____MHz
Level:____dBm
ber:---E---
S/N:____dB

when the function"AIM" shouldn't there be some kind of sensing bars?

under the "Configuration" function what do I enter?
Lo:
SR:
L: 0v/13v/18v
QPSK: Nor/inv
F
LNB:
22KHZ:on/off

Oh, dear....

I've not used that meter but here is some of what you should have entered.

Lo: 10.75
SR: 30000
L: 0v/13v/18v 18 (if I remember what voltage is for Vertical Pol)
QPSK: Nor/inv Nor

not sure what might be the below but more guessing:
F: 12120
LNB:
22KHZn/off --I'm guessing off but it really depends on what your LNB uses--all these should be pretty much the same as your settings in your sat receiver.

The "Level:____dBm" should indicate the strength of the signal for you--the higher the reading the better. 45dBm or better would be a good signal.

I've punched all numbers mentioned.
except Lo: 10.75, because i can't punch in the dot "1075".
I've bought the "Spacelab DSM-3022" from e-bay
everything seems to be working
except connection to the computer
via Connection interface usb on the unit, serial port of computer
and-aim, feature
and-measure feature
I can enter / delete all numbers letters but, that's all
no other response

Ill call the factory again, in Korea on THIS Monday

I also bought on eBay

can you help me so i can get to watch this station?
I have a coolsat 7000
both linear and circular lnb
right now on circular
on amc4 good signal?
my meter sees(((((Spacelab DSM-3022 DIGITAL SATELLITE METER))))))))))
101w amc4 ((((ses1)))
frequancy 12224MHz
Level -36dBm
BER 3.0 E-2
S-N 2.9 dB

went to channel 8282 plugged in 10 cb 1b 8b 43 d4 a6 ad
( it has no g)
in lines 10 11 20 21

i think i need frequency 12120 v 30000 in the satellite set up

and still no signal for TV TRWAM

“Finding”
‘Measure’

Under “Finding” item, press [▲] and [▼] or [◄] and [►] to select ‘Measure’ item, and press

[F2] to enter ‘Measure’ item, as shown in figure 2-4.

Explanation:
‘FREQ’ is downstream frequency of a certain satellite’s channel.
‘LEVEL’ is signal level of current frequency.
‘BER’ is bit error rate of current frequency.
‘S/N’ is carrier noise ratio of current frequency.

a. ‘Aim’ item
Under “Finding” item, press [▲] and [▼] or [◄] and [►] to move arrow to point to ‘Aim’ item,

as shown in figure 2-7.

a. ‘Orientation’ item
“Orientation” function works for automatically calculator three important parameters of

satellite dish according to user local position. Three parameters are azimuth、elevation and

polarization of LNB. According to that parameter, you can complete elementary setting of

satellite dish very easy and speed up satellite finding.
Under “Finding” item, press [▲] and [▼] or [◄] and [►] to move arrow to point to

‘Orientation’ item, as shown in figure 2-9.

Before set satellite dish, you should config all above parameters for satellite and LNB.
Press [F1] to exit this item.
2.2.4. Loading Record Function
Under main menu, press [▲] and [▼] or [◄] and [►] to select “Load” icon, as shown in figure

2-11.

After load record, as shown in figure 2-14, you can press [F2] again to change this

configuration as current configuration for satellite finding. Press [F1] to exit back to

main menu.

Under main menu, press [▲] and [▼] or [◄] and [►] to select icon. Press [F2] to confirm and

enter “Configuration” item, as shown in figure 2-18. This menu is for setting satellite’s

parameter.

LO’ local Oscillation frequency (MHz)4500-5500MHz or 9500-11500MHz).

‘F’ downstream frequency (MHz)(Absolute value of the different between ‘F’ downstream

frequency and “LO” frequency should be in the range of 950-2150MHz)

a. SR’ Symbol Rate
‘SR’ Symbol Rate means the speed of data transmission, it in relation to bit rate of the

signal and parameter of channel. ‘SR’ unit is Mb/s.

The range of “SR” should be in 1000-45000)

a. ‘L’ Satellite Longitude
the range of satellite longitude is in -180°~ +180°east longitude is positive, west longitude

is negative

a. ‘22KHz’ status switch
‘22KHz’ status switch is for more than two LNB to be used. If there are only one LNB to be

used, the switch should be off.

a. ‘QPSK’ Signal Code.
‘QPSK’ means quadrature phase shift keying. It’s a kind of digital modulate technology in

information transmitting.
to change between “Nor” and “Inv”. “Nor” is for Ku brand satellite I/Q signal mode in most

case; “Inv” is for C brand satellite I/Q signal mode in most case
