Is CBS ready to invite Charlie Sheen back to Two and a Half Men? RadarOnline.com reports that their "well-placed insider" has confirmed that the network's top brass is "is ready, willing, and able to forgive and forget all of Sheen's recent antics", and restart production on the show, with Sheen back in his starring role.

According to the entertainment site, CBS president Les Moonves has been pressuring the show's producer, Chuck Lorre, to let the network handle negotiations with the actor, internet star and soon, touring speaker.

NBC's Jeff Rossen also speculated about the news on his Twitter account Monday: "Sources close to Charlie Sheen tell NBC News, CBS has offered him his job back. Discussions ongoing. Not a done deal."

Sheen has been on a media rampage from being fired from the hit show after CBS and Warner Bros issued a statement earlier this month to the media that said the partners had "terminated" Sheen from the sitcom, one of the best rated and highest money making shows on the major networks In a series of interviews on major TV and radio news and entertainment shows and on a self-made internet live stream, Sheen has heavily criticized Lorre and sued CBS and Warner Bros for $100 million following his firing.
