Donaire back with Top Rank

Today, the Honorable Daniel Weinstein (ret.) enjoined Golden Boy Promotions from promoting Top Rank boxer Nonito Donaire for the duration of Top Rank’s exclusive promotional agreement with Donaire. Golden Boy had signed Donaire to a four-year promotional agreement in the face of Top Rank’s agreement with the up-and-coming star. The Arbitrator’s ruling paves the way for Top Rank to promote Donaire’s next bout and continued career, something the Las Vegas-based company had started arranging last month before Golden Boy signed Donaire.

Top Rank’s attorney, Daniel Petrocelli of O’Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles stated, “We are pleased with Judge Weinstein’s carefully considered decision. Top Rank hopes it can put the lawyers and legal fight behind it and return to doing what it does best — promoting the most talented boxers and the most entertaining boxing matches in the world today.”

Well,,, in my opinion... Nonito should grow some huevos and quit letting Rachel run the show. He seems pretty intelligent why would he let her run his career? Maybe its just talk.
She is pretty, and men do make dumb decisions when it comes to pretty women, but come on, we are talking millions. (at least Samson had no money, just lotsa hair.)
Somebody send Nonito the transcripts of what Shane's wife did to him. She also started out as his financial consultant and his manager.
Instead of poor Shane being retired with millions,,, he has to continually get his brains scrambled at 40.

Yes (about Shane) and there are many more examples out there. He is so much in love (well, she is a knockout for sure - in looks). She is the only one capable of knocking out Nonito. Hehehehe!
