A lot of the channels on gal 19 have no signal. have they moved to other transponders or is it my equipment?

had same problem last night on all transponders: some ch coming in and later no signal.

Here are some channels that are missing La Jazeera English, River broadcasting, Russia today, TRT1 and TRT4 .
I live in the Dominican Republic and have a 6 foot dish 97w comes in at 83 signal and 83 quality. I have rescanned many times using blind scan and the results are the same. Maybe the transponder has moved?
Can anyone in this area confirm this for me

I just checked and all channels are gone no signal

Getting rbn @ 92% Q, ebru @ 89%, rt @ 85% and Al Jazeera @85%. Haven't had an issue on these channels as I watch them everyday. In S Alberta Canada using 36" motorized.

I just done a full re alinement of my dish and got all the channels back
