View Full Version : HELP Please with Ech***14( emp9x8 switch)

I followed the steps by The Wufman and coud not get Ec**14 to work. Enter all the settings and did save and exit but it change the TP to 12297 not 12224. Any help would be appreciated.

make sure have the right type of lnb selected in the lnb section.

looks like your dish is pointed at Bev 91

yes you are pointed at 91, is 91 hooked into your diseqc if so try a different diseqc number.

I just got the Nano today to replaced the Mini and did not moved the satellite at all. I was able to get Ech 10/11 with the same settings. At one point on the Mini, I was able to pick up 110, 119 and 91.

first of all the correct tp freq for 119 is freq 12297
Also are you using dishpro lnbs? or legacy?
Did you have rcvr powerd off in back when you connected your rcvr up?
you could have fried your switch if power was on
You either have the wrong diseq port selected or your switch could be fried

Sorry not sure what LNB it is. Had someone else intalled for me. On my old Mini setting was Diseqc 2TP 12224 LNB Universal 1 and it worked. Power was off

I think your settings were wrong with the mini too
how many lnbs do you have? 3 small ones?
you have access to the switch to see what kind?

I have 3 small LNB can't see the name but the switch is EMP-Centauri MultiSwitch 9/8 p 155 UP

I know what your problem is now but we will need some of the switch experts to help

EDIT Someone should be able to figure out the switch commands

Just an update: I installed the old setting STB_Data from my old Mini into the Nano and it works now.
