UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre will put his title on the line against Jake Shields in the main event of UFC 129 on April 30 in front of an expected record crowd at Toronto’s Rogers Centre.

UFC 129 also features featherweight champ Jose Aldo vs. Mark Hominick and UFC hall of famer Randy Couture vs. fellow former champ Lyoto Machida.

This is going to be a good fight card. I wish I could go to this event but it is way to much money.

gonna be a great show. my two favorites on the same card. st. pierre and couture. pretty sure st. pierre will win, hope the old man can pull one out as well.

I'm with ya on that kiryjuan. Randy has a good shot and is really good at putting togethor game plans. But at some point his age is going to catch up with him. Machida doesn't like to be pressured but i think his elusivness will get the best of Randy. Aldo is just scary PERIOD. And GSP is on another level. I like Jake but just don't think he has faught the caliber of fighters like GSP.

Good fights!!! And a couple of really good knockouts!! The fake kick with a flying back fist and the jumping front snap kick were great!!!!

GSP had a fight & a half on His Hands!!...Turned out to be more like a Boxing bout than a submission event!...Close One Though!..

Randy Couture vs.Lyoto Machida, was the best fight of the evening, poor Randy, he shouldn't come back, Lyoto's kick was awesome

I agree with Coture's retirement.. He took one he!! of a kick that would have knocked anyone out with it...

I think the fight seen after the main event (Makdessi vs Watson) was pretty good with that flying back fist...

randy is one this families favorites but that was a beautiful kick. my little girls loved the knockouts
