a dishpro twin does not need a diseq ,it has one built in

If you pointing at the 110/119 satellites then the settings would be

Diseqc switch #1 for 119W

Diseqc switch # 2 for 110W

Example: (these are a copy of my settings)

Satellite…………………………………110.0W – Echo * 10/11
Transponder…………………………….12224R 20000 7/8
LNB Power…………………………….. 13/18 V
LNB Type………………………………....OCS-DP
LNB Frequency…………………………11250
22 KHz …………………………………....Off
Switch Type……………………………..DISEQC
DISEQC port……………………………2
Legacy SW………………………………Off

Satellite…………………………………119.0W –Echo * 14
Transponder……………………………12297L 20000 7/8
LNB Power…………………………….. 13/18 V
LNB Type………………………………....OCS-DP
LNB Frequency…………………………11250
22 KHz …………………………………....Off
Switch Type……………………………..DISEQC
DISEQC port……………………………1
Legacy SW………………………………Off

If your lnb is a dptwin, twinplus or quad you should run 1 cable from any one of the output ports directly to the receiver . Use the settings posted above .

If you have a Dish Pro Twin LNB you don't need the switch, the first connection on the LNB goes to your Dish 211 receiver the second one goes to your FTA receiver, using a NON dish switch is confusing the LNB, Dish Pro LNB's only likes to work correctly with Dish Pro switches.

Your using a DTV switch with Dish Pro stuff they sometimes don't like to play in the same sandbox together.

You will have to do a switch check on the Dish receiver after you connect everything correctly, the receiver will detect the changes and set it's self up

And check the settings on your FTA receiver's satellite settings, I don't know much about your brand of receiver (someone who is more familiar please step in) but you will have to set the LNB type to OCS-DP, or what ever the correct setting for a Dish LNB is on this receiver.

Remember Diseqc port #1 for 119W and Diseqc port #2 for 110W on your FTA receiver.

But you dont need an external switch with this LNB unless your running more then 2 receivers.

But you are sure that your LNB is this type?10061

A dish pro dual (see pic #1 below) is good for 1 sat location only. Using a dtv 3x4 switch is confusing because those are used on legacy duals. A dp twin is good for 2 locations (also see pic #2 below). You should specify which lnb you have. 1 or 2.

Can you post the set up that you have in your menu for each sat? Please post exactly what it says for sat 119w and also for sat 110w. Then we can see if there are any errors there that are causing your problem. OK?
They should match exactly as in post #3

Everything look good except for the TP frequency for Echo 7 (really Echo 14) has to be 12297L, as the rest below that are spot beams, (12224 included) you have to be inside one of them to get a signal on 119W.

Thanks to everyone that try to help me, find what the problem was. this i link pluss has a loop on the back to connect another receiver, i had the dn 411 hook into that and as soon i disconnect the 411, everything has good. the 110 and 119 are working now. maybe creating some kind of distortion in the stb, my signal is not to strong and that may contribute to the problem, bottom line the loop in the back is not good if you have poor signal at your house.

thank you
