My friends very seldom I ask for anything, as I always felt I was here to help others, but this night I ask you for your prayers, as my wife was rushed to hospital this afternoon and is going through emergency surgery as I write................I thank you all in advance......................Charlie

update....as it turns out the operation was a life saver, if they had waited, it would have been too late, they are medi vac her out tonight to Vancouver. i will fly down tomorrow. she is still dangerously ill, and not out of the woods........thank you my friends for your messages and prayers................Charlie

Thank you all, I am so humble at your thoughts and prayers, it is 5-00 am here in the west, i have been up all night as my wife is in Vancouver, and i am here at home, i will be flying down tomorrow, i will have my laptop with me..i just called the hospital, which i was afraid to do, and find my wife is stable, and will be going to have more surgery in the morning...............thank you all so very much.......................charlie

at last i got my laptop working....as i write i am her bedside, and she is in a deep peacefull sleep....from the bottom of my heart i thank you all for your wishes and prayers, she is still stable, which is good, and i am still thinking positive, it is now day by day and not hour by hour......so things are looking good....the medical staff here in VGH are terrific......again a million thanks..........Charlie
