TVI from portugal

Has anybody succeeded getting this channel from Portugal on hispasat at 30 degree west

There is NO tvi /portugal/ on 30w on the american spotbeam side..

There was a couple weeks ago as I was able to get it using a four foot dish.

I've scanned Hispasat several times recently and have never seen that channel show up. I've moved my 6' solid over for another scan.
