How big could the dish be to get C band ( 58w ) in south of Ontario Canada?

A 10 footer should work fine.
Look here for a footprint on that satellite.

Zoom in on your location then click the mouse on it, it will give you an estimate on the size of dish, always go a bit bigger to counter any weather problems.

Intelsat 9 at 58w is a powerful sat which comes in here in Eastern Ontario effortless with my 10' bud. I had picked it up in the past with a 6' solid but some tp were a bit weak. I would have to say at least 8' mesh bud would do fine.

I am able to pick up a good signal on my 10' bud in southern Manitoba. Like Costactc says, it's a powerful satellite. Signals are stronger than I can get from Amazonas 1 @ 61.0W.

Did you get some Spanish channels?

Lots of Spanish channels on the whole arc. If you do decide to get a bud you need to motorise it, hundreds of open Spanish channels on both c band and ku band.

Do you get Ku band with the same dish or a different, if so how big is the Ku band dish?

I use a 6' solid for ku and my 10' bud for c band. There are lnbf which can do both bands with one dish. I would suggest a 10' mesh dish for c band and all ku will come in as well. If your looking for Spanish channels this is the way to go.

Hey Costactc one more question about Amazonas 61. Could I get this in Ontario with a oval dish, or I need a bigger dish and are there some channels open ?

I catch about 20 open fta channels on Amazonas, have a look here:

That thread was many months back, there are even more channels but I don't have the time to do another arc thread.

I'm not quite sure as I only use my big boys for fta. Are you interested in c band as well?

If you're looking for a C band dish, just drive around your neighborhood and look for dishes that look abandoned in someone's yard. Many people will give them away if you offer to take them down, or let them go for a small price. Some will even throw in an old analog receiver that you can use to operate the actuator to rotate the dish. I have 3 at home at the moment that I've picked up.
