Depends on where you are in Canada. There are lots of local places that deal cash. You get top of the line for half the price.

Kal Tire (at least our local location) is pretty good, they have a pretty good selection of brands. Canadian Tire also has a sale on this week from what I've seen, Uniroyal Tiger Paw from $53.99, General Evertrek from $66.99, Michelin Destiny from $89......

What size tire are you looking for?
What vehicle do you need them for?
Summer or All-Season?

Just check the reviews before buying, there are some pretty crappy tires out there that ride rough, are noisy, don't last very long....
