Have you tried flac.org. Generally most newer Mp3 players will play flac files without any problems but some require a plugin. Check your favorite player web site.

BTW, what file was missing and where did it need to placed (system32)?

Try VLC player, its freeware and plays just about anything including flac, avi, mpeg, and just about every codec out there..

I got it to work by switching to admin status during instal. Thanks though for the VLC player tip I'll check it out cuz the Windows player blows a bit.

Its a great player.. Needs a few adjustments when you download it but it works like a charm.. I threw out mediaplayer and all the other crap out there..
